Y'Uanu is the man that created the garden that is named after him. Y'Uanu's garden is able to support the life of all residents in The Caldera of Rainbow Shells, and then some. He received training under one of the most skilled, yet unknown gardeners, known as Telren of Asli Island. Among the Charoda, he's considered one of the most attractive of men. When coupled with his friendly and outgoing nature, he often has a large influx of students wishing to learn from him.
Appearance
Y'Uanu is quite young, and his body has slight muscle tone from the years farming. His eyes are large and are a solid, silvery blue. He takes immaculate care of himself, always scrubbing and scraping himself clean. He can normally be found wearing a pair of tight velispar molt shorts. He's almost always found with a gardening tool in hand, and with students trailing behind.
Personality
Y'Uanu is incredibly kind and friendly. He is easily approachable and is always socializing with someone. He will gladly teach the basics of aquiculture and gardening to anyone who has an interest, but under one condition. You must agree to sing to the plants like Y'Uanu does. He does not care if you can sing well or not, but he believes wholeheartedly that the plants will grow better under song.
His plants are his life, and he lives for them. Should anyone or anything threaten his plants, he will call his friends from the Caldera (which are extremely plentiful). Anyone who is friends with him will gladly come to his aid, even if it's a Velispar eating his crops. Y'Uanu is the man to know if you want to get in good with Alvadas' Underwater residents.
He is a calm and patient teacher. He will teach you to care for plants, to love them, to preserve them. If one wishes to learn Botany, Aquiculture, or Food Preservation, he will gladly teach you until you are deemed Competent. Once you are competent, he will instruct you to move on and begin your own garden like he did.
Biography
Y'Uanu left Charbosi when he was younger, searching the world for inspiration on what he wanted to make of himself. He quickly found an island not far from home, by the name of Asli Island. He met the strange farmer on the island, and quickly became an unspoken assistant to the man. He stayed with the man for a full year, learning how to grow and treat plants. After a year, he left the man on good terms, wanting to build a garden of his own, something as beautiful as Asli Island, but beneath the waves.
For two more years he searched the Suvan Sea for an ideal farming location. Then he happened upon the Caldera of the Rainbow Shells. Not only was there a community of Charodae here, as well as a surface community, but the conditions for farming were ideal. The Caldera provided protection from the open seas, and the soil was quite fertile. The water always stayed warm, which was ideal for growth. This was his location. So he acquired the rights to the land, and then set out on a journey to discover crops to grow. He discovered several, and brought some back. Some of his discoveries panned out, while others wilted and died.
