Ulliver Windmount is a cousin both of the proprietress of the Windmount Stables and the Dyers family. He has been indefinitely assigned to the Stables in order to help his cousin breed mounts for the Knighthood, make cavalry out of squires, and also assist Serena with the general running of the place. His barracks are not on site, but regardless, he can be found there most of the time.
