Transmutation

Transmutation is a broad term denoting the transformation of Djed from one form to another (creation and destruction of Djed is impossible). It is most commonly used in Alchemy, which revolves entirely around this concept, but most disciplines of magic draw from the possibility of transforming physical or metaphysical entities - see, for example, Morphing or Reimancy.
