Javelin of Lightning

The Javelin of Lightning is a plain-looking javelin that is magically imbued with the element of lightning. When the owner hurls the javelin and speak its Command Word – crackle -, it transforms into a bolt of lightning, forming a line 5 feet wide that extends out from the wielder to a target within 120 feet. Each person in the line excluding the wielder and the target must make a saving throw (1d100+relevant avoidance skill (acrobatics, etc) with target of 75 +) to avoid taking burn damage from the crackling lightening. The lightning bolt turns back into a javelin when it reaches the target and does damage as a normal javelin would.
