Crossbow's Talisman

The Crossbow Talisman is a single silvery stone set in a ring that can be affixed to a crossbow and acts to both silence the crossbow and augment its accuracy. It does not require a trigger word as it becomes active the moment it is attached to the user's desired crossbow. It can be moved from crossbow to crossbow.
